How to set up IPTV LEVEL UP on Android phone & tablet
On an Android phone or tablet, install an Xtream-compatible IPTV player from Google Play, sign in with the details from your welcome email, and you can watch on Wi-Fi or mobile data. Each phone watching at the same time uses one connection on your plan. Setup takes about 5 minutes.

Step by step
Set up IPTV LEVEL UP on Android phone & tablet
- 1
Install a player from Google Play
Search Google Play for the player you prefer and install it. Avoid apps that ask you to buy a channel package: the player is only the screen, your subscription is the content. - 2
Open the player and choose the Xtream login
Pick Login with Xtream Codes API (or similar). Copy and paste the username, password and server URL from your email so nothing is mistyped. - 3
Let the lists download
The first sync downloads the channel, movie and series lists. Stay on Wi-Fi during this step. - 4
Load the TV guide
Most players fetch the EPG automatically with an Xtream login. If the guide stays empty, open the app's EPG settings and press update, or paste the EPG URL from your welcome email. The first download can take a few minutes. - 5
Limit mobile data if needed
Many players let you choose a lower quality. On mobile data, standard definition uses far less of your allowance than Full HD.
Troubleshooting
If something goes wrong
- Playback stops when the screen turns off
- Exclude the player from battery optimisation in Settings → Apps → [player] → Battery → Unrestricted.
- Video plays without sound
- In the player's settings, switch between the hardware and software decoder, or try an external player such as VLC.
- Works on Wi-Fi but not on mobile data
- Some mobile networks restrict streaming traffic. Try a different APN setting, or contact our support for an alternative server address.
