How to set up IPTV LEVEL UP on Samsung Smart TV
Samsung TVs run Tizen, so you can't sideload apps. Instead, install an IPTV player from the Samsung Smart Hub store, note the device ID (MAC address) the app shows, and add your playlist on the player's website. Most Tizen players charge their own small activation fee after a free period. Setup takes about 15 minutes.

Step by step
Set up IPTV LEVEL UP on Samsung Smart TV
- 1
Find the player in Smart Hub
Press Home, open Apps, select the search icon and type the player's name. Install it and open it. - 2
Write down the device details
The player shows a MAC address and usually a device key. Note them exactly; they link your TV to your playlist. - 3
Add your playlist on the player's website
On your phone or computer, open the player's official website, go to its upload or manage-playlist page, enter the MAC address and key, and paste your M3U link (or Xtream details if the form asks for them). - 4
Restart the app on the TV
Close the player completely and reopen it. Your channels, movies and series load from the playlist. - 5
Activate the player if it asks
Tizen players usually give a free period, then ask for a one-time or yearly fee paid to the app's developer. That fee is separate from your IPTV LEVEL UP subscription.
Troubleshooting
If something goes wrong
- The player isn't in my Smart Hub
- Store catalogs differ by country and model year. Try another player from the list, or plug in a Firestick or Google TV stick.
- "No playlist" after uploading
- Check that the MAC address was typed with the right characters (0 vs O), then fully restart the app or the TV.
- Some channels show a black screen
- Tizen's built-in decoder doesn't support every stream format. In the player's settings change the stream format (TS/HLS) if offered.

FAQ
Samsung Smart TV questions
Why do I have to pay for the player?
The app is made by an independent developer who charges for it. IPTV LEVEL UP doesn't receive that fee. If you prefer not to pay it, a Firestick or Google TV stick runs free players.
Can I install apps from USB on a Samsung TV?
No. Tizen only installs apps from the Smart Hub store.
